Try dive for children

What are the requirements for the course?:

Minimum age to enjoy the bubble maker course is 8 years. The course includes a small part of diving theory. The dive instructor will give the child the basic information regarding the program. The dive will than be conducted from the Dive Point Boat in the afternoon. We will drive to a sheltered bay with a beach and calm water. The skills will be conducted in 1 m deep water and the following dive will go down to a maximum depth of 5 m.
Like all dive programs that we conduct safety is very important. The student and parents have to fill in a health check questionnaire. The program will be conducted by a certified SSI instructor and registered with the SSI central for Southeast Asia here on Koh Tao. The student will receive a online registration mail for the scuba diving program and a certification.

 

Description:

In this bubble maker course you will learn how easy it is to breath underwater. The feeling of being weightless and how to operate the diving equipment.
For your child’s safety we provide a specially trained scuba diving instructor for the entire program of the bubble maker. He will make sure that the first underwater adventure of your child will be an unforgettable one. After finishing the program you will receive a registration for the program.

Schedule:

Try diving for children or Bubble maker:

10:45: Check-in,

11:00: Video with some instruction about the program.

Meeting of the scuba dive instructor

11:30: Your dive instructor will bring you to the Dive Point boat and explain all skill once more.

Once the boat arrives at the bay it’s time to go in the water.

12:30: You will swim towards the beach and do the previous explained skills.

1 or 2 in a maximum depth of 5 m

16:00: Debriefing at the Dive Shop
